folder structure: speckit.command.md -> speckit/command.md. shows up as speckit:plan in claude

why go with the long namespaced names ? folder is much clearer.

This would work for Claude Code and likely other agents, but in VS Code this doesn't seem to be the case. What agents support this properly?
