Clean VRMS 1Password Vault #2124
Description
Overview
This issue is related to PM Community of Practice and issue hackforla/tdm-calculator#2016. All Projects are instructed to clean their 1password vaults.
Action Items
Create a spreadsheet in the drive, that has the following columns
- Title of resource
- username
- url
- vault
- purpose
- who needs it (make a column for each role)
Review with Bonnie which apps need to be assigned and determine the responsible team members.
Create distinct folders for each app and assign relevant team members accordingly.
Update the 1Password vault, then have it checked and validated for approval.

@Tharunya07 when you meet with Bonnie on 6/18, you can close this case. Trillium and I got approval to close the Inactive AWS account and AWS IAM use on hfla-incubator

Notes on when we tried to figure out what the email accounts are for
vrms.signup@gmail.com
DO NOT DELETE vrms.signup@gmail.com its the email that sends the Magic Link
vrms.deploy@gmail.com
We don't know yet what this is for, but it looks like its related to the Docker Deployment. Nick B is the phone on the account. Jake will reach out to him from vrms@hackforla.org to ask him when is a good time for bonnie to switch out the phone numbers. She will text hi when she does it, and he will need to respond with the code he is sent).

When we changed the password for the vrms.signup@gmail.com it broke the script that is sending the magic link email and now no one can log in.
