Overview

We need to create PII drives for all active projects so that we can store PII separately.

Action Items

  • create drives for the ones that do not have them (resource 1.01)
    • format for drive name [Project Name - PII]
  • add the Drive PII drive ID in resource 1.0.01

    • Already had a PII drive. Added the ID to the spreadsheet. DevOps and Data Science do not follow the naming convention:
      • UI/UX CoP named UI/UX CoP - PII
      • DevOps CoP named DevOps - PII
      • Data Science CoP named Data Science (CoP) PII Drive
    • The AI Skills Assessor project doesn't have a separate drive. It is a folder inside the Data Science CoP shared drive.
    • Tables has a PII drive called tables-test-PII with no content. Rename it and use it as the PII drive?
