Overview
We need to create a roadmap for 12 months so that those managing the Design team on the TWE internship project can work more efficiently and designers are aware of their deliverables.
Action Items
- Define high level goal of project - see onesheet
- determine what questions remain to be able to make a design roadmap
- Define Objectives
- order the objectives in terms of priority
- Create high level milestones
- Define in detail what goes into each milestone (for the ones that can be done now)
- Review milestone and make epics for making the issues that will deliver the milestone
