- add the missing research numbers (As of 2025-03-10 there are 26 research plan numbers)
- 37 Research steps listed
- 13 research plans listed.
List of steps in orderhas 48 research stepsCurrent progress chart (data comes from list)has 29 items
Purpose of each Spreadsheet
- Audit of all Current Research Projects:
- List of all Research Plans
- Steps in Order: our preliminary list of each type of template issue that they need (grouped generally by when they need to happen, but not perfect and definitely missing some steps)
- List of steps in order has the following fields
- Phase: This seems to be very similar to the Steps in Order on the prior sheet, but it has more items and has regrouped some things together, that need to be in a different delivery order
- Phase #: So these numbers do not represent the correct delivery order
- Activity: Descriptive Name of the template
- Priority: The order the research team has determined these need to be worked on
- Direct Dependency: empty
- RP Needs: How many RPs need them - Which is replaced by
template doneif the template has been completed - Template Issue (Done): The Template issue if its completed?
- Assigned: Empty
- In Progress Issue: Template Issue Name and Link
- Template Issue Link (in progress)
- a more updated version of all the steps
- RP Needs
- Current progress chart: The prior version of "List of steps in order". Make sure that all notes from that end up on the List of steps in order before deleting.

Next steps:
Create flow chart in Figma.

Progress update: Have confirmed that I can log into Figma and edit "Working Figjam for Issues."
Will create a first draft this weekend.

Beginning steps: Create all the squares based on the spreadsheet and THEN put them in the correct order.

Update: Steps are created in Figjam, still working on best way to communicate relationships between components. I'm thinking about a swim-lane approach of some sort, perhaps by Phase or Macro Phase.

Update: Met with Ying to discuss activities that are simultaneous and those that need to be timed. Need to also determine a process for wrapping up incomplete research products past a certain point.

Update: Need Direct Dependency column (H) reviewed to ensure correct dependencies. If it's easier for me to put together the flowchart and have that be reviewed, that's fine.

Row 37 has a question: Should this come after everything has been de-identified or can it happen after transcription?

@Liibrarian: As a follow-up, I have updated revised list of steps spreadsheet.
ExperimentsInHonesty commentedon Nov 20, 2025
@Liibrarian Do you have a revised ETA for finishing categorizing what we have now? I realize we also need a final version at some point with all the steps audited and revised.
Can you book something with me, to review?
