Modernize calculator: scientific mode, 4 themes, expression display

[Copilot]

Adds scientific functions, a theme switcher with 4 colour schemes, and an expression display bar to the existing basic 4-operation calculator.

Scientific mode

Toggle via the 𝑓(𝑥) button. Computes client-side via Math API — no server round-trips.

Other changes

• Expression display — secondary line above result showing current operation (42 × 3 =)
• +/− and % buttons replace old disabled placeholder
• CSS migrated from fragile [onclick*="…"] attribute selectors to explicit class names (btn-operator, btn-equals, btn-sci, etc.) and [data-theme] custom properties per theme
