Analyze JSON Incubator API for usage #29

Currently there is a new project to make a native JSON API https://openjdk.org/jeps/540.

As it is, it's NOT a replacement for Jackson and I am not considering dropping the library.

A good use case are endpoints that return 1 String variables, which means all the endpoints that make use of:
return Mapper.getStringValueOfAJsonKey(response, "event_id"); or any endpoint that doesn't require a full serialized record (such as /sync or /messages).
