Installing bee-san/rustscan not working

Hello,

first of all I want to thank you for this awesome project.
Unfortunately I found something weird.

I want to install https://github.com/bee-san/rustscan, the project releases its binaries as a zip-Archive which then has a tar.gz-Archive which hold the rustscan binary. That sounds a bit odd, but that is how they package it.

ubi, extracts the first zip-Archive and tries to find the rustscan binary in it. But it only extracts the zip, and not the tar.gz.

I don't want to add support for the nested archives like this. There's no good reason for any project to release in this way. I'd suggest politely asking the project maintainers to release a regular archive file.

I note that this project releases has some release artifacts without the nesting. For example, the Linux ARM64 release is a regular zip.
