Compiled __pycache__ .pyc file is committed to git #121

packs/openclaw/resources/__pycache__/config-gen.cpython-39.pyc is in git, and .gitignore has no __pycache__/ or *.pyc rule.

Fix: remove the file from git and add __pycache__/ and *.pyc to .gitignore.

Found by a static read of the code at commit 1f66a8f. The code was not run.
