Rivals: after the round's MISC batch, the screen still says to run MISC and RE-RUN gives the wrong reason #406

round.js:357 builds 'No bin for you this round: run one batch of your MISC bin...' from !r.won.you && miscT() >= 1, not st.misc, so it still shows after useMisc. Pressing RE-RUN then says 'your MISC bin runs only in a round where you win no bin', which is wrong: you won none, the batch is used. Base the message on CS.Round.live.miscAllowed() and have the refusal (layout.js ~994/1003) say this round's MISC batch is already used. Also: the match-over log says 'after 1 rounds'.
