Grinder SWAP ignores floor space and moves a re-run's entry station #412

app.js swapGrinder never consults the addMachine vetoes: the floor veto (floor.js addVeto) is skipped and buyMachine spends first. Repro: jaw + 5 sink-floats in the 160 m2 hall (124.8 used): grinderOptions ranks Tub grinder top (+$11.8/t), swapGrinder(jaw,'tub') succeeds, floor 163.8/160 and Floor.lineVeto then refuses the line. Fix: check floor for the line without the old grinder plus the new one before buying; grinderOptions marks such options with why and the box disables them. Also: swapping the grinder that is a re-run's entry station leaves S.feedOpts.entry / loaded.entry on the old uid, so the bucket silently runs from station 1; remap the entry to the new uid.
