Pick scene says NOTHING MORE SORTS IT during a batch (run lock memoized) #415

While S.run is set, veto:addMachine returns the run lock (app.js ~378), so every pickOptions option gets why, good is empty and pickCol says nothing sorts the rest and it goes to MISC. The result is kept in pickMemo, whose key does not change at batch end, so the false message can outlive the batch. Fix: compute why without the run lock (a trial flag) and keep pickCol's disabled buttons while running.
