Issue C14 — (community feature) Monetization, by stage

Papers / resources: Official past papers remain banned (see #221). Original practice packs live in #474 gated vaults / Study Vehicles. Season monetization here stays mentor seasons — not an official past-paper library. Do not reopen #218.

Summary

What is free, what is charged, and what must not be built yet. Ordinary posts never take a cut.

Stage 1, this build

• Publish, comment, save, and pin are free.
• A tutor post may include Request this tutor. That opens a case. The only fee is the existing 1.5-lesson admin fee, on the case, not on the post.
• A post may link to the author’s own note listing. The 20% note fee stays on that order.
• No view fee, no like fee, no boost button.

Stage 4, do not build yet

• A paid season is a separate page, not a locked tag.
• Price is monthly, set per season, paid to MatchMax by FPS, marked by staff.
• Split is stored on the season: mentor 70 to 80, MatchMax 20 to 30.
• Eight paid seats before the page opens. Refund before the start date only.
• No six-month prepay. No Telegram invite.
• A clinic visit is not a product on this page.

Not a community fee

• Placement fees and job listings stay blocked until the employment-agency answer.
• Shop ads and boosted tags belong to the storefront epic, not this one.

Acceptance

• No community table has a payout column in stage 1.
• The guide says posting is free and points note sales at the notes page.
