Issue C1 — Centre student case

Summary

A partner centre sends one named student. Staff open a #201 case.

Request

• Fields: student first name, school optional, curriculum, subject, level, hours per week, station or online, language, rate ceiling, start date, note.
• One student per request. A note that asks for a pool of tutors is rejected.
• The centre contact is an organisation member, role client. No public page in this issue.

Case

• organisation_id is the centre. assigned_tutor_id is the tutor.
• payer_party defaults to parent. A partnership may set payer_party to centre. The tutor is never the payer.
• Fee follows F1. The payer sees the amount before the intro.

Acceptance

• A five-tutor request cannot be submitted.
• A default centre case does not create a centre invoice.
• The public site has no vacancy and no apply button.
