Issue O1 — Fee desk
Summary
The payer can see the invoice and the FPS details on the case. Staff only mark paid.
Desk
- When both intro lessons are done, F1 creates the invoice. Due in 3 days.
- The payer’s case page shows amount, case id as the FPS reference, and the company FPS name. It does not show a tutor phone.
- The payer may upload one payment screenshot, JPEG or PNG, max 5 MB. Staff only.
- Cashier matches the bank reference to the case id and marks paid. A reference already used on another case is rejected.
- Marking paid writes actor and time, then F4 reveals the phone.
- A receipt email contains case id, amount, and paid time. No file. No phone.
Hours
- Payments are marked on working days. A screenshot after 6pm is marked the next working day.
- One in-app reminder at due date.
Acceptance
- A payer can pay without a staff message.
- The same FPS reference cannot close two cases.

V1 must-have — marked
urgent(2026-10-25 re-audit)Fee desk (invoice + FPS details + screenshot + staff mark-paid → phone unlock) is the money path for V1. Align payer UX with tutor-pays (#444/#469 live). Do not expand into #475 automation.
