Issue P3 — Tutor edits the card

Summary

The owner edits the public card. The public page is the preview.

Free for every tutor

• Preferred name, photo, headline, bio, subjects, lesson format, district, languages, price.
• The contact filter blocks a phone, email, or WhatsApp. Save is rejected.

Locked if verified

• School, degree, grades, examiner badge, and achievement claims. P4 handles the change.

Page

• Account shows the card as it will appear. Save updates the live card within a minute.
• Unverified tutors can edit the locked fields. The card shows no verified badge.

Acceptance

• The owner can change the price and see it on /tutors/MM-T129.
• A phone in the bio cannot be saved.
• A non-owner cannot open the editor.
