Issue — Who-to-follow onboarding, do not build

Summary

After signup, suggest a short list of tutors or topics to follow so the eventual feed has a pulse. Park it. Do not build in the freestyle micro-services week.

Intent (capture only)

• Onboarding step: pick a few curricula/subjects or tutors.
• Seeds a follow graph for a later home feed.
• Must not block shop, freestyle, or case matching.

Why it waits

• No feed consumer yet; follows without a feed are dead weight.
• Freestyle discovery is a shop row, not a social graph.
• Risk of scope bleed into community posts ([PARKED] Epic: community public posts — do not build in V1 #218) and notifications noise.

Do not build

• Follow button, follow graph, follower counts.
• “People to follow” carousel.
• Feed ranking or timeline.

Acceptance criteria

• This issue is not scheduled with freestyle children.
• No follow schema or API ships under the freestyle epic.
