Issue: Add Optional "Trophy Cabinet" Photo Uploads to Tutor Form and Profiles

Description

We want to give tutors the option to upload photos of their medals, competition trophies, or teaching certificates to their public profiles to increase parent trust. This must be strictly optional so privacy-conscious tutors can skip it. The frontend must conditionally render this gallery so that anonymous profiles without photos do not have blank spaces or broken UI elements.

Acceptance Criteria

• Database Schema: Add a new array field (e.g., portfolio_images) to the Tutor data model to store multiple image URLs.
• Intake Form (Frontend): Add a multi-file upload input to the Tutor Application form.
• Intake Form (Logic): Add a mandatory consent checkbox that must be checked only if the user uploads a file.
• Profile UI (Frontend): Build a responsive image carousel or grid component on the Tutor Profile page.
• Conditional Rendering: Implement a check (if portfolio_images.length > 0) to render the gallery. If the array is empty, the entire component/container must remain hidden.
