Issue: Add "Short-Term Case" Fee Structure to FAQ and TOS

Description

Our standard 1.5-lesson administrative fee is mathematically unfair to tutors for short-term/crash-course assignments (e.g., 2 to 5 lessons total). We are introducing a specific "Short-Term Case" fee structure where MatchMax charges a flat 20% of the total scheduled package, leaving the tutor with 80% of the earnings. This needs to be reflected in our public FAQs and legally defined in our Terms of Service.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update the Tutor FAQ accordion on /how-it-works to explain the short-term fee.
• Update the Parent FAQ accordion on /how-it-works to explain how short-term matching fees are billed.
• Update Section 2 (Fee Structure) of the /tos to legally define the Short-Term Case exemption.

1. Copy for /how-it-works (FAQ Section)

Location: Update the existing payment questions in the FAQ.

Under the 'For Tutors' Section:

Q: How much is the MatchMax commission?
A: MatchMax is entirely free to join. For standard, ongoing tutoring cases, we charge a one-time administrative fee equivalent to your first 1.5 lessons. You keep 100% of your earnings for every lesson after that.
For Short-Term Cases: If a parent explicitly requests a short-term assignment (defined as 5 lessons or fewer), our fee is automatically adjusted to just 20% of the total assignment value, so you always retain an 80% majority cut.

Under the 'For Parents' Section:

Q: How and when do I pay for the lessons?
A: To keep the process simple and secure, MatchMax charges our one-time administrative matching fee directly to us via FPS within 24 hours after a successful trial lesson. For standard ongoing cases, this fee is equivalent to the cost of 1.5 lessons. For short-term assignments (5 lessons or fewer), the fee is strictly 20% of the total scheduled package. After this initial matching fee is settled, you pay your tutor directly for all remaining lessons.

Location: Insert this as a new bullet point under "Section 2: Fee Structure and Payments".

Short-Term Case Exemption:
In the event that the Client explicitly requests a finite, short-term tutoring arrangement—strictly defined as five (5) scheduled lessons or fewer—the standard 1.5-lesson Administrative Matching Fee shall be waived. In its place, MatchMax will charge an adjusted fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total gross value of the scheduled lessons. This Short-Term Fee is payable by the Client to MatchMax via FPS within 24 hours of the completion of the first trial lesson. Any attempt to artificially declare a case "short-term" to bypass the standard fee, followed by continued direct lessons, constitutes a violation of the non-circumvention clause.
