Redirect to dependency risks is automatically on open

Describe the bug
When redirecting from a vulnerability to the dependency risk table the state is by default set to open but the ui still shows closed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to dependency risk
2. Click on one vulnerability
3. Redirect back to the table overview
4. See error
