fleek app: fails to load

Fleek has stopped its static website hosting on IPFS. They are pivoting into AI and I guess repo's maintainers should update the repo's demo URL.

@laciferin2024 : Thank you so much for sharing the PR. We will discuss with the maintainers of the project and work out a plan to move universal connectivity dapp to a service like filebase soon.
