how to upload file with dynamic path

I am new for loopback4. I have researched the example "file-transfer" for a whole day and now i am confuse how to upload file with different dynamic path. Any idea? I'm failed to edit the request.file.destination and to call application.constructor.configureFileUpload(multer.options).
