Enable multiple deployments per subscription (suffix RGs with ENVIRONMENT names) #47
In lab scenarios, we can have multiple deployments (of ContosoTraders infrastructure) per subscription.
So best to suffix RGs with the ENVIRONMENT names as follows:
contoso-traders-rg[ENVIRONMENT]contoso-traders-aks-nodes-rg[ENVIRONMENT]
