Synchronize GitHub Codespaces direct links across all localized documents

This PR synchronizes the main English documents with all localized versions by adding the missing GitHub Codespaces direct links that were recently added to the English documentation.

Missing GitHub Codespaces Direct Links

The main English documents (README.md and docs/00-setup.md) included direct GitHub Codespaces links with badges:

However, all localized versions were missing these direct links and instead used complex multi-step instructions with images.

• 6 localized README.md files: Added GitHub Codespaces badge and split prerequisite text to match English structure
• 6 localized setup documentation files: Replaced complex image-based instructions with simple direct links
