Updated PyPi release? #465

It is possible to get a new release of lsprotocol to PyPI? As can be seen in #464, the LSP spec is now at v3.18.0 and the package is missing some changes.

https://github.com/openlawlibrary/pygls is gearing up for another release and it would be good to be able to pull in the latest type definitions :)
