Closes #172

Summary

  • Replace the deprecated Docker event ID field with Actor.ID, preserving the existing ID=... payload and push/image/time filters.
  • Surface container mapping failures as pipeline warnings without failing customer builds.
  • Normalize LF/CRLF command output so Windows reports retain separate event and image rows.
  • Add regression coverage, use the locked SDK's async test runner, isolate token/report HTTP calls in the fixture, and update documentation.

Validation

  • dotnet build .\build.proj /t:Compile /p:NpmInstall=false passed with no warnings or errors.
  • Source and test TypeScript compilation passed.
  • Full test suite: 19 passing, with regressions demonstrated failing before the fixes.
  • Compiled production code exercised with Docker CLI 29.8.2 against local Engine/OIDC/upload fixtures: modern and legacy event payloads, empty and multiple events, multiple image rows, and API failures that warn without uploading or failing the task.

Notes

  • The existing test dependencies omit mockery; the full suite used a temporary isolated installation. Dependency manifests and the lockfile are unchanged.
  • No live Azure DevOps/ACR smoke test was run.

Use structured Docker event actor IDs and surface container mapping failures as non-blocking warnings.

Normalize CLI output line endings so Windows reports keep individual event and image rows. Add regression coverage and update the container mapping documentation.
