   eslint-plugin-typedoc doesn't use typescript-eslint yet #425 It'd need to support that first

   That pull request is quite old. The eslint-plugin does have a dependency on @typescript-eslint/utils:

   tsdoc/eslint-plugin/package.json

   Line 32 in 2dd8912

   "@typescript-eslint/utils": "~8.56.0"

   The ticket #472 tries to fix this.
