Steps to reproduce

} as const

Playground Link

Behavior with typescript@6.0

Emoji character is preserved as written

export const IconEmojis = {
    alert_low: "⚠️",
};

Behavior with tsgo

Unicode escape is used instead

export declare const IconEmojis: {
    readonly alert_low: "\u26A0\uFE0F";
};
