I can't run a Java program in vscode#963

I can't run a Java program in Visual Studio Code while the same program run throw the terminal. The error that appears is in the photo below.

Environment
  • Operating System: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
  • JDK version: 15.0.2
  • Visual Studio Code version: 1.54.1
  • Java extension version: 0.13.0
  • Java Debugger extension version: 0.31.0

[attach a sample project reproducing the error]
public class prova {
public static void main(String[] args){
System.out.println("Ciao");
}
}

Current Result

command 'java.debug.runJavaFile' not found

Expected Result

    Yes, I can but it doesn't work anyway.

    Cannot reproduce. No clue what's wrong in your machine.

    Could you share the logs and the reproduce steps?

    Ping again. It should open two logs file: client.log and .log. Could you please share the .log as well?

    I think you are trying to run program using F6. instead you can install this extention and a menu appears on the top right of vscode. run it using that extention
