Impossible to run Junit5 tests#831

When I try to run my JUnit5 tests nothing happens, if I try to debug the run I get an:
Exception has occurred: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException
"java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.microsoft.java.test.runner.Launcher", when I use mvn test everything works fine.

this is my pom file:
pom.zip
any idea on how to fix that?

    The problem was that in visual studio code I had the folder containing the folder that contained the proejct
