indeed, I have parametrized "settings.json" like this

.... pypy3.exe is not said "found"
if I copy "pypy3.exe" to "python.exe" ... miracle (greuuuuuuuuh)
I would suppose the problem is in there ?

maybe it won't be needed for new pypy (3.8 at least)

we now supply a python.exe, pythonw.exe in the standard zip file
