Surface Test Results to UI

Following the test results from run pytest, these test results should be parsed out of the json they were delivered in and surfaced correctly on the testing UI. This includes any printing in the console that users expect, all the correct icons based on run success, and any other console messaging that replicates the current experience in VS Code when running pytest files.
