Delete 5 orphaned namespaces after org rename (atomno-labs -> atomno-mcp)

Hi maintainers,

Our GitHub organization was renamed from atomno-labs to atomno-mcp. As a result, the following 5 namespace entries under io.github.atomno-labs/* are now orphaned — the repositories were transferred to the new org and the servers have been / will be republished under io.github.atomno-mcp/*.

Please remove the following stale entries:

• io.github.atomno-labs/mcp-cbr-rates
• io.github.atomno-labs/mcp-fns-check
• io.github.atomno-labs/mcp-egrul
• io.github.atomno-labs/mcp-seo-audit
• io.github.atomno-labs/mcp-sudact

Each of these is being republished under the new namespace io.github.atomno-mcp/<same-name>, so the atomno-labs variants are duplicates pointing at a repo owner that no longer exists.

This is the same situation as #1191 (orphaned namespace after a GitHub org rename). Happy to provide any additional verification of ownership you need.
