Proposal
Allow a team to have a single team-folder assigned to it as its team-storage.
Teams without a designated team-folder must still be wllowed to exist for backwards compatibility.
Use Case
As described in the corresponding ticket in the groupfolders repo, teams and team-folders should move closer together. It isn't enough for teams to be granted access to team-folders, they should be linked together.
The feature in the current circles UI, to create a user-owned folder and sharing it with a team creates a lot of problems in the context of organisations. So this is the first step towards pulling team-related data and resources like collectives, deck, etc. together into a single team-folder.
