Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes you want to add somebody to a team, but they should have only read-rights to all resources owned by and shared with the team. Similar with resharing: not everyone should be allowed to do that.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow setting the read/write access rights on team members. Perhaps also sharing rights. And, documents often have a 'comment' feature - in theory, this would probably also be nice to set at a team level, though it can probably be managed on individual files...

I think permissions are better managed with roles indeed. So a permission set is assigned to a role, and then the role is assigned to people.
We should think about how we can map existing roles to default permissions in each app.
