Teams Adminsettings: Show a List of Teams and assigned Team-Folders

In the effort to separate team-folders and group-folders, teams and their assigned team-folders should become visible and manageable for admins from the "admin settings --> Teams" section.

Feature request

• In admin settings --> Teams there should be a section listing all teams
• The list should look similar to the current view of team folders in "Team-folders"
• The assigned team-folders should be listed. (For reference on the 1:1 assignment: #62476)

Draft / Example

• The Marketing and Sales Teams were created with team folders, so the list shows their assignment. Also they have the same name as the teams.
• The "Legacy-Team" does not have a team folder assigned to it, though it can be created, or assigned by clicking on the assign button.

Options ... menu

• Change quota
• Add / assign team folder
• Delete team
• ACL enabled

Notes

• The columns "ACL enabled" and "Quota usage" should be omitted for now, since ACL for team folders will likely be implemented only in the next release.

Questions for debate:

• We don't implement ACL for team-folders for this release, right? I think that has too many implications. So the column could be omitted for now.
• I think having a column that shows group folders that this team has permissions to would be practical, but the Nextcloud team might feel otherwise, as you would like to lead users away from group folders where possible, to team folders?

Design choices

• Should the assign Button be in the "Team folder" column, or a choice under the ... menu?

So broadly my thinking would be that you generally assign group folders to groups and team folders to teams. I'm not trying to be funny 😆

• You can see in Groupfolders what groups and teams are added to what folder. It's not a per-team view, I admit, but probably ok for now. I think this is a feature we don't urgently need.
• Esp with teams as members of teams, access can become a bit more complicated. Showing that somehow - either via just the team folders, or by showing the team membership relations in the Teams app - is something we should indeed consider for a next release.
