Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes there are recurring topics in a chat room. In my concrete example I want to make sure that every four weeks there is a certain topic on the agenda of a call.

Describe the solution you'd like

When scheduling a chat message it would be nice if I could define something like "repeats every 4 weekly". Repeating options should be probably the same like for calendar events to cover most users use case.

Describe alternatives you've considered

In my concrete example this could be also part of the agenda-bot. Obsidian for example allows you to define such rules directly in markdown: https://publish.obsidian.md/tasks/Getting+Started/Recurring+Tasks
Not sure how easy this would be for not so technical users, but it would be a way to integrate it into the agenda chat message.

Another option would be to run a script outside of Nextcloud to post regularly a chat message. But this requires a lot of work and coding skills.

I think a option when scheduling a message would be the most elegant and user friendly way.

Agree, have a similar syntax in Todoist app for setting recurring tasks, and it's quite handy sometimes with no need to use a UI for configuring reccurence.

But I would lean to the opinion that it should be part of agenda bot, not the messenger app.
