Alpha-Omega Grant: October Proposal and CFP

OpenJS will be submitting our next Alpha-Omega grant proposal in October. As part of this cycle, we’ll issue a CFP for the funded work.

We’d like to work with the Node.js TSC and OpenJS Security WG to discuss priorities and where additional resources would have the most impact.

Keeping it on for another week, but so far we need to continue with the triage & release work, as well as CNA.
