Public CI job audit #2619
Description
We currently have 144 job configs for the public CI. Probably time to see what can be pruned.

We have not used
llnodejobs in years as we have been testing on Travis and then GitHub Actions. The intention was to test llnode on other Node.js supported platforms such as FreeBSD and SmartOS, but that never happened and the jobs were never tested outside of Linux x86_64. I suspect the list in the description is now outdated. I'll close this -- if we want to do another audit the script used to seed the markdown table is in the description.
