removing unused -lite Jenkins jobs from front page dashboard #3080

I unchecked the boxes for node-test-commit-lite and node-test-pull-request-lite-pipeline as they are unused. They used to be used for doc-only changes but now we rely on GitHub Actions CI for that. IIUC, this just removes the jobs listed on the default front-page dashboard. They are still findable under the "All" tab.
