   Where does it come from / what's the context ?

   @targos, I will add a proper context in this issue soon. We had some discussions on going with the Linux Foundation IT regarding the infrastructure for Node.js. This is related to the infrastructure objectives for New Sovereign Tech Fund Activities to Strengthen JavaScript
