Weekly Jenkins build for node-v8 canary branch? #4497
Description
We currently only have daily macOS and Linux GitHub actions running for https://github.com/nodejs/node-v8/tree/canary, it would be useful to have a less frequent regular Jenkins node-test-commit CI running on this branch to get some early notice of what's going to fail when we roll in the next V8 upgrade. I think weekly would be a reasonable cadence.

I used to rely on the daily canary release builds for that, but I guess you don't have access to these.

The release builds don't run tests though, which running node-test-commit would.

It's quite rare in my experience that test regressions are not caught by the GH actions.

I think the primary coverage missing in GHA is Windows (it's different linker and STL after all), and to some extent AIX and SmartOS.
