I need to use clang23 to `compile` nodejs in such secarino:
we need expose all winrt apis in nodejs, but the intrin.h of MSVC conflict with LLVM19/clang19:[
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.44.35207\include\emmintrin.h(325,16): error: redefinition of '__m128i' as different kind of symbol
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Tools\Llvm\x64\lib\clang\19\include\emmintrin.h(4299,5): note: expanded from macro '_mm_shuffle_epi32'
] .
the simplest way to solve this is using clang23.
