Period summary export — a year of records into submittable material #15

The reason an individual keeps the system current. Post-v1 — v1 is M1+M2.

Scope

An action producing a personal summary for a chosen period:

• Governed duties — count, occurrences, on-time rate, and the exceptions with their reasons.
• Assigned work — what was taken on, led vs supported.
• Own record — from duly_log_entry, the owner's entries only.

Output as editable text plus a document export. Generated from real records, so nobody reconstructs a year from memory in the last week of December.

Constraints

• The export is the owner's. Private log entries appear only in the owner's own export and in no other surface. A manager cannot generate someone else's summary.
• The governed and self-declared sections are visibly separate and labelled. They are different kinds of evidence and merging them is what makes the number meaningless.
• No score, no grade, no comparison to anyone.
• Do not present an item count as an achievement.

Note

Considered for v1 and deliberately deferred. Worth revisiting if adoption data shows individuals are not maintaining their lists — this is the feature that gives them a reason to.
