Context

Since objectstack-ai/objectstack#29056 merged, the repository is a registered PM repo lane (references/lanes/mobile.md). Dispatched developer agents read the repository's AGENTS.md, and this repository has none. ROADMAP.md carries phase checklists with ✅ status, but pm-dispatch keeps state only on GitHub cards, so those checklists will drift.

Ask

1. AGENTS.md, the single instruction file. It must say:

   • Business UI belongs in the Console (objectstack-ai/objectstack ui/); never rebuild a Console screen natively.
   • Native screens enter only through the route-ownership rules in docs/HYBRID-SHELL.md.
   • How to add a bridge method (the four steps in HYBRID-SHELL).
   • Policy lives in pure lib/ modules with tests.
   • Every string goes through locales/.
   • The checks to run: npm run lint, npx jest --ci, npx expo export --platform ios.
   • Merges into main are the maintainer's while the EAS workflows run on push.

   Plus CLAUDE.md as a one-line pointer to AGENTS.md, as in objectstack-ai/cloud.

2. ROADMAP.md: keep the direction (why a shell, what grows natively and when) and replace status checklists with links to the cards and this design's release gate, [Release gate] Mobile connection flow v1: the maintainer closes this card to release its cards for dispatch #150.

3. docs/HYBRID-SHELL.md:

   • document the connection model (Cloud organizations and private servers, the switcher, the probe and confirm flow, sign-in excursions, MDM);
   • state that the bridge is platform-neutral (platform is an open set; feature-detect with has()), matching @object-ui/mobile: shell mode — detect window.ObjectStackNative and adapt the Console when the mobile shell hosts it objectstack#29039.

4. Brand: product name ObjectOS in all docs (see the rebrand card filed with this design).

Acceptance

• The docs match the code at the head of main when the PR lands.
• No status checklist remains outside GitHub.
