skills: correct "removed in v11" → v16 for the #3290 session-alias removal in skills/objectstack-ui/SKILL.md (governed one-liner) #10080

Split out of #9872 (its delivering PR #9990 fixed the 20 comment-text sites; this one sits on the governed skills/** surface, which forks any mixed diff, so it lands alone). Provenance: os-dev report on #9872, 2026-08-19; residue re-verified on origin/main b1457eeca at triage time 2026-08-20.

Single site:

• skills/objectstack-ui/SKILL.md:1934 — "The former ctx.session.tenantId alias was removed in v11 (Remove the deprecated hook/action ctx.session.tenantId alias in the next major (converge on organizationId) #3290)" → the removal shipped in v16 (authority: content/docs/releases/v16.mdx:132 and its 16.0.0 upgrade checklist; skills/objectstack-data/references/data-hooks.md:627 already says v16).
