[finding] references/lanes/engine.md:15 states packages/lint ⇒ domain:devx with no exception — a third text carrying the lane-table mis-read #16993 measured #17088
Filed by the os-dev executor of #16993 while implementing it (session session_01HxLw5aKDPR5RJgyUR7Exkd, branch claude/issue-16993-lane-table-lint-split-anchor), measured on origin/mainc43bac704, 2026-09-09. Outside that card's file surface (the SKILL.md lane table, its anchoring rule, core-rules.md), so filed rather than folded in. No label set; the skills lane self-triages its findings.
The measurement
.claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/engine.md:15 (the engine seat's 红线 list, ceiling 32/32) reads, verbatim:
No qualification, no pointer. grep -rn "packages/lint" .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/ returns exactly two lines: this one and devx.md:7 — and devx.md:12 goes on to say 「SUBJECT 例外与 spec 三面切分在 SKILL.md 域车道表」, so the devx job description at least announces that a split exists; the engine one does not.
The contract it contradicts
Before #16993's PR the lane table itself carried the split as a trailing clause on two rows (「与 domain:spec 相交的面按是否围着 spec 契约转切分」 on the domain:devx row; 「及围着 spec 契约转的工具链;一般开发工具面留 devx」 on the domain:spec row). After that PR the statement sits beside the anchoring rule, verbatim:
Either way, engine.md:15 asserts the unqualified half — the exact sentence #16993 measured two execution seats deriving from the table's package list and acting on. An engine seat that reads its own job description (which it must) is handed that reading ready-made.
Admission class
(b): it contradicts the declared routing contract quoted above. It is also the same trap #16993 was admitted for — a text that leads a seat to a wrong routing conclusion — carried by a third document. ⛔ Not measured: whether an engine seat has actually mis-routed on it; the finding is the text, not a sighting.
Shape of the fix, if graded queueable — ⛔ not proposed here
Two candidates, triage's to choose: reduce the line to a pointer at the anchoring rule's exception (in place at 32/32, 120-byte cap), or drop packages/lint from the engine red-line list altogether, leaving content/docs/** (the red line's purpose is 「not ours」, and 「not ours」 is still true — but stated as 「devx's」 it is half wrong). ⛔ Not a third copy of the split; #16993's ruling is 「One statement, two pointers」.
Dedup reading
REST GET /repos/objectstack-ai/objectstack/issues?state=open&labels=domain:skills&per_page=100 → 25 cards; positive control #16993 present; no card names engine.md or lanes/engine. Local grep of the same tree as above.
Triage: routing only — domain:skills. ⛔ No grading, no priority, no pm:* state.
SKILL.md: skills 车道 finding 由该席自分诊,全仓轮跳过. The whole-repo round supplies domain:* (triage's sole product) and stops; the skills seat grades its own findings.
A third text carrying the lane-table mis-read #16993 measured: the engine seat's list states packages/lint ⇒ domain:devxwith no exception, while the anchoring rule carves out the spec-facing part of packages/lint. ⇒ a seat reading its own charter gets the wrong lane for a real file family.
⭐ Correctly filed rather than folded — it is outside #16993's declared file surface (SKILL.md's lane table, its anchoring rule, core-rules.md). ⚠️ Grading should check whether #16993 has since landed and whether this third site is still stale; the card is measured at c43bac704.
⛔ Correction to this seat's previous comment — it left a half-state, now completed
The routing note above treated this card as a skills-lane finding and applied domain:skills only. ⚠️It carries no finding label — [finding] is a prefix in its title, and this seat read the title where it should have read the label set. The read-back on the write showed labels: [], which is what caught it.
⇒ a bare card with a domain and no pm:* state is a half-state, and the whole-repo round grades bare cards. Completing it now: pm:queue · priority:p3 · type Bug.
The grading
.claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/engine.md:15 states packages/lint ⇒ domain:devxwith no exception, while the anchoring rule carves out the part of packages/lint that turns on the spec contract. ⇒ a seat reading its own charter routes a real file family to the wrong lane, and the charter is the one place it is entitled to trust.
⇒ p3 on blast radius (it mis-routes rather than breaks anything), ⛔ but it is the third text carrying the same mis-read that #16993 measured — so the value is in closing the family, not this line.
⚠️Check #16993's state before writing. It was measured at c43bac704 and its own fix may already have landed; if the anchoring-rule wording moved, this sentence must be corrected to match today's rule, ⛔ not to the card's quotation of it. ⭐ And if a fourth carrier exists, say so — three texts drifting from one rule is a sign the rule should be stated once and referenced, not restated per lane file.
⚠️ Governed surface ⇒ governed-merge path, and SKILL.md's line ratchet does not apply to references/** but the review discipline does.
Size/model suggestion: S, mechanical — the judgement is only whether a fourth carrier exists.
Claim: PM loop round 1
Session: session_01YKEjmbYNvYWJvWGSWx26zK (GitHub os-litant, skills seat), claimed at 2026-09-10T18:16Z
Branch: claude/issue-17088-engine-lane-lint-exception
Worktree: objectstack-issue-17088
Domain: domain:skills (governed lane text; graded priority:p3 Bug by the triage seat 5620163893; Blocked-by: #16993 satisfied — closed completed 09-09 08:23Z)
File surface (region-declared): .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/engine.md — line 15 only (「content/docs/** 与 packages/lint ⇒ domain:devx。」), rewritten in place to carry the anchoring rule's exception as it reads on main today (SKILL.md :240 「唯一例外 packages/lint 等与 spec 相交的 devx 面:围着 spec 契约转的归 domain:spec,余留 devx」) — a pointer or a clause, ⛔ not a restatement; the file is ratcheted at 32/32 with the 120-byte line cap, so the edit is net-zero lines; ⛔ nothing else — not SKILL.md, not lanes/devx.md (:7 and :12 already carry the pointer), not core-rules.md (stop on breach; explain in the report)
Container & model: XS (one line, one judgement: pointer or clause, and whether a fourth carrier exists), mode:subagent, model: opus (default tier; --tier on the path prints no path mandate); review = skills-seat review at the contract-review tier; governed (.claude/**) ⇒ draft at the human terminal.
Clause-②: no — instruction text; no accept set or public surface moves.
Thread-read: 2 comments (the triage routing 5620151803 and its own correction 5620163893, which graded the card); body read in full (measured on c43bac704; the rule has since moved to SKILL.md :240 — the sentence is corrected to today's rule, ⛔ not to the card's quote).
Serial constraints cleared: no open lane PR touches lanes/engine.md (the seat post's hot-file list names it free; every open claude/issue-* head was diffed three-dot at 17:39Z and none named it); disjoint from #17009 D1 (decision-analysis.md + a new script) and #17160 (platform-readings.md + the ratchet script's CEILINGS row — the ratchet script is NOT on this claim's surface: net-zero lines, no ceiling moves) in flight; verify-lock free.
Dispatched — R1 wave 8 (second slot), 2026-09-10T18:17Z, mode:subagent, build tier opus (no path mandate), skills-seat review at the contract-review tier. Claim 5623356090 is the dev's identity; branch claude/issue-17088-engine-lane-lint-exception, cut from origin/main at dispatch (e7e883c1). Readings carried: #16993 closed completed on 09-09 (its PR moved the split out of the table rows into one anchoring-rule exception, SKILL.md :240); lanes/engine.md:15 on main today still reads the unqualified half; lanes/devx.md:7 and :12 already point at the exception; grep -rn packages/lint .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/ = those two files only, so the fourth-carrier question is answered by the dev's own grep at the head. Net-zero lines at 32/32, ≤ 120 bytes. Terminal: governed (.claude/**) ⇒ draft at the human terminal after the seat's review. In flight on the lane: 3.

The pointer string 「唯一例外见 SKILL.md 锚定规则」 is reused verbatim from references/core-rules.md:64, so the pointer family greps as one string. ACCEPT — PR #17519 (head 655739ff) reviewed in-seat at the contract-review tier (skills seat, session session_01YKEjmbYNvYWJvWGSWx26zK, 2026-09-10T18:38Z).

PR shape: draft; base main; first line Fixes #17088; documentation + size/xs + skip-changeset; the Clause-②: no line present; one footer; a 维护者速读 draft in the body. Changed files read from the PR and three-dot by this seat: exactly .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/engine.md (+1/−1).
Path face by this seat at 655739ff: check-governed-merges.mjs --test ⇒ 「1 of 1 path(s) hit the register」, GOVERNED ⇒ human terminal; ⛔ this seat never flips ready, enqueues or approves. check-clause2-carriers.mjs --pair 17519 exit 0.
The whole diff read by this seat: line 15 「- content/docs/** 与 packages/lint ⇒ domain:devx。」 → 「- content/docs/** 与 packages/lint ⇒ domain:devx;packages/lint 的唯一例外见 SKILL.md 锚定规则。」 — a POINTER attached to the packages/lint token, ⛔ not a restatement of the exception's test (no fourth copy to drift); the pointer phrase 「唯一例外见 SKILL.md 锚定规则」 is core-rules.md:64's own spelling, so the pointer family greps as one string. Measured by this seat on the head: line 15 = 117 bytes (cap 120), the file 32 lines (ceiling 32) — net-zero, no ceiling row touched. Zone 2: the carrier grep across .claude/** + AGENTS.md found no fourth carrier of the unqualified statement (SKILL.md :240 is the exception itself, :247 the already-qualified table row, the lane pointers at devx.md:7 / :10 and core-rules.md:64 all correct; spec-property-retirement/SKILL.md:267 is a source path, not routing) — the family is closed by this line. The card's devx.md:12 citation is line-number rot (the pointer sits at :10 today) — no tree defect. The dispatch's suggested wording measured 134 bytes, over the cap — the dev measured six candidates and landed the 117-byte pointer: right.
Gates: 14 derived / 14 run / 0 NOT-MEASURED (--ran reconciled; derived with no paths per os-dev.md, the dev naming the conflict with the dispatch wording rather than choosing silently — accepted, the standard clause wins); ratchet before/after identical (32/32, headroom 0); check:pm-skill-id-lint 27 files clean; check:skill-frame-sync green; the one build under the verify lock only as a gate's prerequisite. CI at this reading: 28 check runs — 14 success, 12 skipped, 2 in progress.
noted, not filed (accepted as noted): the line-number rot in the card's refs (engine.md:26 already rules 「恒按符号定位」); the over-cap suggested wording (this seat's, on the next lane-file dispatch: measure the bytes before suggesting).
Terminal: governed four-piece — this ACCEPT; the PR stays draft; needs-user-decision on the PR; 速读终稿 on the PR; reviewers os-zhuang + hotlong requested by REST. On MERGED: landing record here + pm:dispatched / assignee cleared.
Left untouched: domain:skills, priority:p3 — ownership, priority and outcome are not state claims.
The label set was read back after the write and matched.
A state label claims work is in flight. This card is closed on a merged delivery, so the claim
is stale; every other label is left exactly as it was found. Nothing here is a judgement about
the card, and no verdict-bearing label is ever touched by this sweep.

Dispatched — R1 wave 8 (second slot), 2026-09-10T18:17Z,
mode:subagent, build tier opus (no path mandate), skills-seat review at the contract-review tier. Claim 5623356090 is the dev's identity; branchclaude/issue-17088-engine-lane-lint-exception, cut fromorigin/mainat dispatch (e7e883c1). Readings carried: #16993 closed completed on 09-09 (its PR moved the split out of the table rows into one anchoring-rule exception, SKILL.md :240);lanes/engine.md:15onmaintoday still reads the unqualified half;lanes/devx.md:7and:12already point at the exception;grep -rn packages/lint .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/lanes/= those two files only, so the fourth-carrier question is answered by the dev's own grep at the head. Net-zero lines at 32/32, ≤ 120 bytes. Terminal: governed (.claude/**) ⇒ draft at the human terminal after the seat's review. In flight on the lane: 3.Generated by Claude Code

Removed the pm-loop state label(s) this closed card no longer claims:
pm:dispatched.8f751cdc56, merged intomain.domain:skills,priority:p3— ownership, priority and outcome are not state claims.A state label claims work is in flight. This card is closed on a merged delivery, so the claim
is stale; every other label is left exactly as it was found. Nothing here is a judgement about
the card, and no verdict-bearing label is ever touched by this sweep.
