Body revised 2026-11-02T08:51Z, carrying the seat's claim, its ratchet raise and its pause (comments 6572650148, 6572738609, 6572886922).
Filing gate: ③ a task the maintainer assigned directly. The maintainer said in session, verbatim:
- 「可以,按方案改中继,能发这个操作的账号名单我稍后点名。」
- 「所有车队账户都能发这个操作」
- 「你写清楚issue就可以,让车道开发」
- 「席位用自己的账号提交,不经过中继 ,这个之前导致封号,所以才用中继」
- 「按这个范围更新 feat(pm/fleet-write): a relay op that adds named accounts to one repository security advisory, carrying no advisory text (Tier H) #29160:上报正文经中继并读事件文件,加人、接受、关闭只改状态,读取用席位自己的账号,发布留给我。先测令牌。」
Reader: domain:skills, the seat holding this card, dispatching os-dev. Files are listed under "Change".
Dedupe (open AND closed), by GET search/issues:
repo:objectstack-ai/objectstack repository_advisories: 0 hits.repo:objectstack-ai/objectstack collaborating_users: 0 hits.repo:objectstack-ai/objectstack advisory relay op: 296 hits; none adds an advisory op. The nearest is feat(pm/fleet-write): a relay op that re-runs only the failed jobs of one CI run, once, fenced like workflow_dispatch (Tier H) #25169, a different op (a failed-jobs re-run).- pm-dispatch(security): one fleet-wide rule for security findings — never a card, never a public mechanism; tracked as a GitHub draft security advisory, fixed by a no-card pm-dispatch order #29111 is the fleet rule for security findings. It stays a separate card: it changes the skills, this one changes the relay.
⛔ This card carries no finding. It names no advisory and no mechanism of any vulnerability, and neither may its PR.
Why
objectstack now has private vulnerability reporting on, and fleet developers need to submit and handle security findings. Two things rule out the simple routes:
- Seat accounts must not write directly. Seat accounts were suspended during bulk issue work, which is why fleet writes go through the App (
fleet-token.mjsandwrite-pace.mjsheaders). So submitting and state changes go through the relay. - The relay's run log is public. It prints the whole
FLEET_WRITE_PAYLOAD, as run 41410579410 shows, and that run also shows today's relay refusing an advisory op at validate. So the report text must stop reaching the log before the relay carries it.
The scope
| Action | Route | Text in the payload |
|---|---|---|
| Submit a report | Relay, as the App | Yes: read from the event file, never logged |
| Add collaborators | Relay, as the App | No: an id and logins |
Accept (triage → draft) |
Relay, as the App | No: an id and a state |
Close (→ closed) |
Relay, as the App | No: an id and a state |
| Read an advisory | The seat's own account, once it is a collaborator | Not relayed. Reads are not paced, because a read is not what suspends an account (write-pace.mjs) |
| Publish | ⛔ The maintainer by hand | No relay row, ever |
✅ Token measured
Measured on 2026-11-02 by a one-off workflow using the relay's own action, actions/create-github-app-token@v3, with a control token minted without the grant (run 41415522766; the probe branch is deleted).
| Probe | repository_advisories: write + metadata: read |
metadata: read only |
|---|---|---|
| Mint | Success | Success |
| List drafts | 200, 2 drafts | 200, 0 drafts |
| Read one draft | 200 | 403 |
POST .../security-advisories (empty body on purpose) |
422 | 403 |
POST .../security-advisories/reports (empty body on purpose) |
422 | 422 |
PATCH with an empty body |
200 | 403 |
PATCH with the same collaborating_users |
200, list unchanged | Not sent |
What this settles: the narrowed mint works, and the grant is what opens these doors. The action warns Unexpected input(s) 'permission-repository-advisories' on each such run, because its action.yml does not declare the input. It still passes the input to the mint (lib/get-permissions-from-inputs.js). Record that beside the mint input so the warning is not "fixed" by removing it.
Still not measured, and decided by the live run below:
- a valid report submitted by the App, and what it records as the reporter;
collaborating_usersadding a real account, and whether it replaces the list (the measured draft had 0 collaborators);- the
triage→draftand →closedtransitions by the App; - whether a report needs the grant at all, since both tokens reached the 422. Mint the grant for the stroke anyway, unless the live run shows it is unneeded.
⛔ If any of these is refused, stop and put it to the maintainer with the reading. Do not fall back to an un-narrowed token.
Change
1. .github/workflows/fleet-write.yml (Tier H) and the two readers: the payload leaves the logged environment.
- Remove
FLEET_WRITE_PAYLOAD: ${{ toJSON(github.event.client_payload) }}from the validate and execute steps. GitHub prints a step'senv:into the log. - Both scripts read
client_payloadfrom$GITHUB_EVENT_PATH. This covers every op, not only the new ones. - Add the scoped mint input
permission-repository-advisories: ${{ steps.validate.outputs.permission_repository_advisories }}.
2. scripts/pm/fleet-write/ops.mjs: three rows. Each travels alone and spends a new stroke-scoped grant, repository-advisories: write, so every other stroke's token stays as it is.
advisory_report: requiredsummaryanddescription; optionalseverityandcwe_ids. OnePOST .../security-advisories/reports.advisory_collaborators_add: requiredghsa_idandcollaborators(a capped list of logins, likeassignees).advisory_state: requiredghsa_idandadvisory_state, a closed enum of exactlydraftandclosed.ghsa_idgets its own closed field kind (GHSAplus three groups of four lowercase alphanumerics), since it is spelled into a path.- ⛔ A self-test pins that
publishedis reachable by no row: not as a value, not through any body.
3. scripts/pm/fleet-write/validate.mjs: the new field kind and enum, the self-test fixtures and the battery floor. A refusal names the key and the byte count, and ⛔ never echoes a value of summary or description.
4. scripts/pm/fleet-write/execute.mjs, in the shape of the subIssue path:
advisory_collaborators_add:GETthe advisory; refuse with nothing sent unlessstateistriageordraft; compare logins case-insensitively; nothing missing means nothing sent, reported as a no-op;PATCHcollaborating_userswith the existing logins plus the missing ones, keeping the merge whichever way the live run reads; landed only when the answer lists every requested login.advisory_state:GETthe advisory;draftonly fromtriage;closedonly fromtriageordraft; landed only when the answer shows the requested state.advisory_report: landed on a 2xx answer carrying aghsa_id. Report that id in the row and the annotation, so the seat can follow withadvisory_collaborators_add. The App is the submitter, so the finding seat does not become a collaborator on its own.- ⛔ All three: rows, logs, the step summary and annotations carry the id, the state and logins only. Never
summary, description, vulnerabilitiesor the answer's body. An id exposes no content, but it is public in the log.
5. scripts/pm/fleet-write/dispatch.mjs: seat-side batteries, like the hierarchy rows'. The relay's byte-for-byte read-back cannot apply to advisory_report, because its answer must not be printed. Say so where the read-back is decided, so the row does not look like a missed case.
6. .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/rest-channel.md: one line naming the three ops. The file is at its ratchet ceiling (80/80), so the raise the seat stated in its comment 6572738609 stands, with scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs in the surface.
The sender gate does not change. Write, maintain or admin on the target passes, per the maintainer's ruling above. Record that ruling beside the rows, because this gate lets any fleet account add itself to an advisory whose id it holds.
Out of scope
- Reading or editing an advisory's text through the relay, and returning any advisory content from a relay run.
- Publishing, and creating a draft advisory (the measured 422 means the door is open, but the ruled route is a report).
- Removing a collaborator, and a sender allowlist.
- Who triages new reports, and enabling private reporting on other repositories.
Acceptance
-
node scripts/pm/fleet-write/validate.mjs --self-test,execute.mjs --self-testanddispatch.mjs --self-testpass, with the new batteries counted. - Self-tests pin: a malformed
ghsa_idis refused before any request; a stroke with another action beside one of these rows is refused; only these strokes' tokens carry the new grant; existing collaborators survive the PATCH; an all-present list sends no PATCH; each illegal state transition sends no PATCH; apublishedvalue is refused by name; an answer that does not show the requested result fails the action. - A self-test pins that the workflow no longer carries
client_payloadin anyenv:. - ⛔ A self-test feeds an
advisory_reportpayload, and advisory answers, with a marker insummary, descriptionandvulnerabilities, and asserts the marker appears in no log line, row, step summary or annotation. Prove it can fail, by ablation. - After merge, one live run, coordinated with the maintainer in session:
advisory_reportwith a harmless marker string. Read the run's log and summary, and confirm the marker is absent from both. Then add an account and confirm it reads the advisory under its own token, then accept, then close. Report the run links and the results, and ⛔ never the advisory's id or title on a public surface.
For #29111's reader
Point 3 of #29111 records a finding as a draft advisory by the seat. Under this card the route is advisory_report through the relay, followed by advisory_collaborators_add for whoever works it. Reading stays under the seat's own account, and publishing stays with the maintainer. Private reporting is on for objectstack only, and is a public-repository feature, so private repositories such as cloud stay on that card's session-only fallback.

The seat widens the surface by one data row.
references/rest-channel.mdis at its ratchet ceiling (80/80), and the card asks for one line there. The line is paid by a ruled raise under the ratchet header's raise path. The ruling of record is this card's body: it quotes the maintainer verbatim (「可以,按方案改中继…」, 「你写清楚issue就可以,让车道开发」) and names the file and the one line. This is the same convention as the #28921 raise. This is the card's last Acceptance item. PR #29222 merged as
738971d2ea. The maintainer said to run it now, in session, at 2026-11-02T12:13Z. ⛔ The advisory's id and title are not written here.
