Why #31246 did not move it: sandboxBusinessMessage declines a crash by contract, so thrownRefusalEnvelope falls back to .message. The doors classify the crash first (isSandboxCrash).
Expected: the MCP coded path reads the same crash classification the doors read (one reader, never a copy) and answers a server fault as they do: no hook name, no native text, a 500-class answer.
