spec: hook.test.ts 的 insert fixture 仍按旧契约表拼 input: { doc: … } —— 按引擎真值 re-spell(#5671 摘除死 alias 的 spec 半边) #5886

Part of #5671(services 车道正在摘除 trigger-record-change 的 input.doc 死 alias)。按「packages/spec 恒归 spec 座位」的 shared-contract 规则,本单是那次清理的 spec 半边,转 spec 车道队列。
事实
packages/spec/src/data/hook.test.ts:422 的 fixture 拼的是 input: { doc: … } —— 这是按旧契约表写的(旧表把 insert 写成 { doc, options },已被 PR #5668(#5273)证伪并改为 { data, options },pin 在 packages/objectql/src/hook-input-shape-contract.test.ts)。

packages/objectql/src/engine.ts全部 5 处 +buildPerRowAfterContexts)只写data,从不写doc; - 该 fixture 只喂开放形状的
z.record,不会因此变红 —— 纯 re-spell(fixture 三分法),零行为影响; - services 侧
trigger-record-change的input.doc防御性 alias 读的是一个没有生产者的键(引擎只建input.data) #5671 的 PR 被明确圈定 ⛔ 不触packages/spec,故此处单独立单。
